RAW MATERIAL:
     -Varietal: 100% Tempranillo.
     -Average vineyard age 25+.

PROCESS
     - Aged for 15 months in French (30%) and American (70%) oak.
     -4 month resting in stainless steel tub to finely blend aromas.
     -Minimum of 12 months resting in bottle.

TASTING
     -Crimson red, powerful and intense on the nose, with spices, noble wood and toasted notes. intense robe, clean and bright. Complex and powerful nose, intense, overmature red fruit aromas.
     -The mouth feel shows good acidity and volume, with toasted notes.
     -Pairs with sirloin and confit sauces.
