In Bodegas Resalte we use the technology to offer the consumer a unique product. We have the most modern technology in the wine sector. This allows us to elaborate our wine in the most delicate and aseptic way possible.
Perfect conservation conditions
An example is the incorporation of a bridge crane in our facilities (of which we were pioneers), which allows us to avoid the strong aggressions to the grape that involve the traditional pumping. We also maintain temperature and humidity controls, so that both in deposit or in barrel our wines are at contracted temperatures and in ideal storage conditions.
During bottling, the bottles are washed inside with clean, dechlorinated, deodorized and filtered water, to eliminate any possible particle or aroma that may have been introduced during the manufacturing process.
Subsequently the bottles are inertized with nitrogen so that during filling, the wine does not come into contact with oxygen, which can cause certain oxidations and alter its organoleptic profile. Finally, the bottles are corked in a vacuum so as not to cause overpressures in the air chamber formed between the cork and the wine, and thus avoid problems due to an occasional change in temperature during transport or storage.
The oenological equipment cleaning equipment (such as hoses, tanks, barrels) and also the floors of the different winery dependencies follow demanding hygiene protocols.
