Essences cuvée Nº1 is the first version of our CVC, wine from several vintages.
A cult wine in which we have invested a lot of time and effort, a wine that represents the best of ourselves and in which we have assembled the 2011, 2012 and 2016 vintages, all of them great vintages.
French oak barrels in large format
Each of them has been stored in large-format French oak barrels to preserve its essence and its most noble profile, contributing to the final mix different nuances that raise the final wine to a higher level in quality and complexity, a wine that can be tasted now or save for years.
The art of assembling and balancing several vintages
The art of assembling and balancing several vintages was a somewhat more common practice in the past, currently it is a real rarity, there are very few wines on the market with this profile due to the high complexity of its preparation. In order to make this type of wine, the vintage should not only show a great aptitude for the storage, but that along with the others a great synergy should be produced increasing its nuances, depth, quality and storage capacity.
8 Essences Project
The 8 Essences project stems from the need to make wines that pay tribute to those mythical wines that survive over the years. Classic wines that survive the passage of fashions and times, for this only a few specific vintages and only a few barrels will be chosen and incorporated into the final mixture.
Only a few bottles in each production that will make 8 Essences a highly exclusive and unpublished product.
