Lecco Crianza
A mature and confident wine.
It is made from vineyards of a certain age, on average more than 30 years, at which point the vineyard itself begins to reduce its production naturally in order to increase its quality. We select the soils that provide us with more elegance and power both aromatically and in the mouth.
Strict analytics control and wine tastings
These vines are harvested in 15-kilogram boxes by hand and after a strict analytical and tasting control, we choose the moment of greatest expression in each vineyard.
Elaboration of Lecco Crianza
Elaboration is carried out by gravity with the use of ovis and the temperature of fermentation and maceration is controlled to improve the extraction of aromas. In total the maceration will be around 18 days.
14 months of barrels of French oak
The time spent in barrels, most of which are new, made of 70% French oak and the rest of which are American for at least 14 months, ends up enhancing and complementing the aromatic characteristics and sensations in the mouth, keeping a good balance between the fruity expression of the Tempranillo and the toast and aromas of the oak.
