A wine made to offer all the freshness of Tempranillo where the fruit is the protagonist.
Vineyards of around of 15 years old.
Its origin is in a mixture of vineyards of about 15 years old, coming from different soils with productions around 4500 kilos/hectare, this way we ensure a good acidity in balance with an optimal maturity, which gives us a pleasant and easy to drink wine
Elaboration of Lecco Roble
In the elaboration we use the pumping through gravity, and during the fermentation a very strict control of temperature is carried out where we do not surpass the 26⁰C to promote the aromas to fruit and to make a smooth, fresh and pleasant mouth. A total maceration of about 14 days gives the final wine a very interesting and original balance.
5 months in oak.
This wine is finished with an aging of 5 months in barrels of a wine, where 60% in French oak and the rest American, this short aging gives the wine a greater complexity and structure, where the wood always appears in the background leaving the fruit in the foreground.
