Establishing Resalte’s international presence

|

In recent months, our export team has made various trips to support different actions organized by our clients, as well as prospecting visits to new markets, which are crucial for the internationalization and long-term success of the winery in the competitive world of wine.

On May 14th, we participated in the “Wines from Spain Annual Tasting” event organized by ICEX in central London, where the latest vintages and new releases from all the Designations of Origin of Spain were showcased.

In June, we traveled to Poland, where ICECYL organized a showroom for Wines and Foods from Castilla y Leon. Several wineries from the region participated, and the attendees, mainly industry professionals, had the opportunity to discover Resalte wines.

“Wine & Dine” in Mesa Madrid

That same week, we organized a pairing dinner at Mesa Madrid, one of the most renowned Spanish restaurants in Zürich, Switzerland, where diners could enjoy the entire Resalte range paired with carefully crafted dishes.

Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Peru are very important markets for the expansion and consolidation of the winery on an international level.
In the Dominican Republic, a market with a growing interest in high-quality wines, we have worked with our partner BRAVO, who offered us a unique opportunity to reaffirm our presence in the market and build loyalty with new consumers by organizing tastings in their stores in Santo Domingo.

Promoting our wines at La Castellana Experience in Mexico

In Mexico, a market with an established wine culture and great appreciation for Spanish wines, we participated in La Castellana Experience, events in Playa del Carmen and Mexico City, which have been essential for increasing the winery’s visibility.

In Peru and Colombia, we have explored new business opportunities and sought to establish new commercial relationships.

In Peru, we were accompanied by a great sommelier who helped us highlight the exceptional qualities of our wines

Asia, in turn, continues to be a growing market where wine consumption is increasing, making it one of the main targets in the internationalization of our winery.

Consequently, we have attended two of the most important international wine and spirits fairs in the world.

Prowein Singapore was held in April, reaching a new record of visitors with around 15,000 industry professionals.

In May, we participated in Vinexpo Hong Kong, established as the largest wine and spirits fair in the Asia-Pacific region. This allowed us to approach the main markets in the area, including China, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, connecting with the main importers across the continent.

We were also present at the international fair Salón Gourmets, held in Madrid in April. Its main objective is to showcase the most exclusive trends in the food industry, becoming the most visited meeting point for national and international professionals in the gastronomic field, including restaurants, hotels, distributors, catering services, and specialty shops.
