WINERY
A way of making wine. A way of understanding wine.
In Peñafiel, in the heart of Ribera del Duero, Bodegas Resalte is the place where knowledge of the vineyard is transformed into wine.
Our winery is designed to produce by gravity, respecting the integrity of the grape and reducing unnecessary interventions during the process.
An architecture at the service of our philosophy: caring for every detail so that our wines express their origin.
01
Grape selection
It all starts with choosing well.
The making of our wines begins long before the grapes reach the winery.
Knowing each vineyard, following its evolution and determining the right moment to harvest are essential decisions for us.
We work with a careful selection of Tempranillo and Albillo Mayor, paying attention to the particularities of each plot and seeking to preserve the quality and personality of each variety.
Because selecting is also winemaking.
02
Gravity-flow winemaking
At Bodegas Resalte, we understand that the best technology is the one that allows us to respect the raw material as much as possible.
That is why our winery in Peñafiel is designed to harness gravity during winemaking, reducing the use of mechanical pumping systems and favoring a gentler movement of the grapes and the wine.

Move less. Respect more.
03
Aging
Refine, don't transform.
Time is also part of the way we make our wines.
We understand aging as a stage of evolution in which each wine needs to find its own balance.
The choice of barrels, the length of time in barrel and the monitoring of each batch all serve the same goal: to add complexity and structure without hiding the expression of Tempranillo or the character of its origin.
In addition to traditional barrel aging, at Bodegas Resalte we practice oxidative aging using foudres, concrete tanks and clay vessels.
04
Bottling
Care continues in every bottle.
Once bottled, our wines continue their evolution in a specially conditioned room with controlled temperature and humidity. There, time helps to refine the tannins and achieve greater balance.
Labeling is carried out only when the wine is ready for shipment, taking care of every last detail of its presentation.
