100% Albillo Mayor, the only white grape varietal authorised in the DO Ribera del Duero.

It comes from very old goblet-trained vineyards, where the Albillo Mayor vines are mixed with Tempranillo vines, which requires knowing our vineyards vine by vine as they are not harvested at the same time. Fermented in French oak, with subsequent ageing for at least 12 months in 500L French oak barrels and concrete tanks. A wine with very good acidity, body, balance between wood and fruit. Wine for cellaring.
