This altitude profile provides a fresher, lighter and fruitier wine, with better acidity, floral and balsamic notes. A pleasant and easy to drink wine. Made by gravity and fermented at lower temperatures to preserve its freshness. It is aged for 12 months in 500L French and Hungarian oak barrels, a larger barrel size so that the wood does not mask its high altitude wine profile.
